Changes in the Board of Directors

Sandnes, Norway, 30 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by NOS Nova AS (EURONEXT: NOSN) (the «Company») on 29 September 2026, regarding the changes in the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the proposal from the board of directors, Ivar Hognestad, MD of NOS Group, was selected as new board member for the period ending 19. September 2027.

Following the election, the board consists of:

Silje Augustson (board member)

Ivar Hognestad (board member)
